How Adlagao works
Adlagao shows ads from sellers across Pakistan. You deal directly with the seller. Adlagao does not sell the items, hold your money or deliver the goods.
Before you buy
- Meet in a public place, in daylight, and take someone with you for expensive items.
- See and test the item before you pay. For vehicles, check the registration papers and the owner's CNIC. For mobiles, check the PTA status and the IMEI. For property, check the ownership papers with the relevant office.
- Do not pay in advance, do not send a "token", and do not share OTP codes with someone you have not met.
- Be careful with prices far below the market.
- Keep your conversation in the site's chat, so there is a record.
Your rights
- Honest information: the seller must describe the item truthfully.
- Genuine goods: counterfeit and banned items are not allowed on Adlagao.
- To complain: you can report any ad or chat, and send a complaint to us.
- Returns and refunds are agreed between you and the seller, because the seller, not Adlagao, receives your money. Ask the seller about return and warranty before you pay, and get the answer in writing in the chat.
- Your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan stay in place.
If something goes wrong
1. Contact the seller first, in the chat.
2. Report the ad or the chat with the Report button.
3. Send us a complaint on the Complaints page. You get a complaint number and can check the answer with it. We aim to answer within 3 working days.
4. If the ad offered a banned or counterfeit item and the complaint is valid, we remove the ad within 24 hours and act against the seller's account.
5. For fraud or theft, also report to the police or to the national cyber crime agency (NCCIA, formerly the FIA Cyber Crime Wing). We cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
Money you paid to Adlagao
If you bought credits or a package and did not receive them, send a complaint with your receipt. We check it and either add the credits or return the payment.
