Is it free to post an ad?

Yes. Posting is free. You only pay if you choose to promote an ad (Featured, Highlight or Top pin) or buy a business package.

How long does my ad stay live?

Ads stay live for the number of days set by Adlagao (usually 30). You can extend it or post it again from My ads.

Why was my ad not approved?

We remove ads that break the Terms of use, for example wrong category, fake photos, duplicate ads, banned items or links. The reason is shown in My ads. Edit the ad and send it again.

Can I hide my phone number?

Yes. Tick Hide my phone number when posting. Buyers then contact you only by chat.

Does Adlagao sell the items or take payment?

No. Adlagao is a classifieds website. The deal is between the buyer and the seller. Never pay in advance for an item you have not seen.

How do I report a fake ad or a scammer?

Press Report on the ad or in the chat, or send a complaint from the Complaints page. Our team checks every report.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login page. We send you a code by SMS or email.

How do I delete my account?

Send us a message from the Contact page with your mobile number, and we will close the account.
