Privacy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, your mobile number and your password (kept in a scrambled form that we cannot read), and, for business pages, the business details you enter.
• Your ads: text, photos, video, price, location and contact number.
• Messages: the chats and quote requests you send through the site, and your complaints and reports.
• Technical data: your internet (IP) address and basic details of your visit, kept for security and to count visits.
• Payments: your requests to buy credits and the receipts or reference numbers you send. We do not store card numbers.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and publish your ads; to let buyers and sellers contact each other; to review ads and stop fraud and spam; to answer complaints; to send the notifications you switched on and SMS codes; and to meet our duties under the law.

3. What other people can see

Your name, the mobile number on your ad, the ad itself and your public seller page can be seen by everyone. Your password, chats, IP address and payment requests are not public.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: the companies that run the site for us (hosting, SMS and payment providers), as far as they need it; courts, police or other authorities when the law of Pakistan requires it; and the other party to a complaint, as far as needed to settle it.

5. Where it is stored

The website, its database and the photos you upload are stored on Kuwait.

6. How long we keep it

Ads stay on the site until they expire or you delete them. Chats and complaints are kept so that disputes can be checked later. When you ask us to close your account we delete your ads, chats and personal details, except records the law requires us to keep.

7. Cookies and outside services

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you open a page.

8. Your choices

You can change your details in your account, delete your ads and switch notifications off. Through the Contact or Complaints page you can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account.

9. Children

The site is for people aged 18 and over.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we publish the new version here.
